With over 20 years of experience, Bryan’s career as a full-time commissioning provider includes designing, performing, and supervising building commissioning processes on hundreds of facilities from pre-design to post-occupancy. He is widely sought for his expertise in troubleshooting and ferreting out issues with existing systems.

Bryan developed and standardized the commissioning processes used by our Cx staff and is responsible for training our CxAs. As Managing Principal, Bryan has ultimate responsibility for all WCG projects. He uses wit and compassion to help guide our staff to provide exceptional service to our clients in support of our company vision and goals.

Bryan has extensive experience in the fields of computerized building management systems, utility/energy management systems, maintenance management systems, test procedure development, and facility operations. He is also a frequent presenter on commissioning for the National Conference on Building Commissioning; ASHRAE; and the Sustainable Building Institute, among other organizations. He led the development of Building Commissioning Certification Board’s certification program which was the first to become accredited to ANSI/ISO/IEC 17024:2012 and is now required by the Washington State and Seattle energy codes.
