Kaiser Regional Medical Lab - Kaiser Permanente, Portland, OR

Project Description: Complete tenant improvement renovation of 56,000 sq. ft. medical laboratory and office facility.
WCG Scope: Full mechanical commissioning on large rooftop air handler, large heat exchange system, lab exhaust system, VAV systems, and Johnson Control system. Also responsible for commissioning oversight of division 16 systems including emergency generator and UPS, motor control, and fire alarm systems.

Multiple Facilities – Monroe Correctional Complex, Monroe, WA

Project Description: Commissioning of 50,000 square foot Intensive Management Unit, 18,000 square foot TRU Industries Building, and 10,000 square foot Regional Training Center; LEED Silver certification pending completion.
WCG Scope: Commissioning of HVAC and control system, fire alarm and smoke control system, ductwork and pipe insulation, lighting controls, day lighting systems, waste heat recovery and cool storage systems. TAB verification by random sampling. All commissioning done in accordance with USGBC LEED requirements for commissioning and LEED Energy and Atmosphere Credit 3 – Additional Commissioning.

Intensive Management Unit/Segregation Unit, Monroe Correctional Complex – Monroe, WA

Project Description: Commissioning of a new compound for a 100-bed intensive management unit and 100-bed segregation unit to house Level 5 inmates. The 80,000-square-foot project includes two new housing units, a core support area for medical examinations, hearing rooms, counseling areas, a library, food services, education facilities and visitation areas. LEED certification has been applied for.
WCG Scope: Commissioning Authority for HVAC related mechanical systems and control systems, fire alarm and smoke control systems, ductwork and pipe insulation, lighting controls, day lighting systems, waste heat recovery and cool storage systems. All commissioning done in accordance with USGBC LEED requirements for commissioning and LEED Energy and Atmosphere Credit 3 - Additional Commissioning.

Springwood Family Center, King County Housing Authority – Kent, WA

Project Description: 10,800 SF new youth center. The new youth center will provide a gym, education and art classrooms and a computer lab.
WCG Scope: Commissioning of HVAC systems including gas-fired makeup air units, heat pumps, exhaust fans and Alerton control system.

Bachelor’s Enlisted Quarters, Bremerton Naval Shipyard – Bremerton, WA

Project Description: 8-story, 100,000 SF new construction of 132 four-person, self-contained living units for enlisted Navy personnel at the Bremerton Naval Station. Project achieved LEED certification.
WCG Scope: Review of construction documents and contractor submittals, development of commissioning plan, verification of installation and functional performance of HVAC systems, including fan coil units, unit heaters, exhaust fans, chiller, steam converter, water treatment, and pumping systems; plumbing and drainage systems; lighting and lighting controls; electrical distribution including transformers and switchgear; fire pumps and emergency power generator; and automatic energy and temperature control system. Also responsible for TAB verification.

Project Description: Commissioning of 110,000 square foot facility consisting of vehicle maintenance bay, office space, warehouse area and conference spaces.
WCG Scope: Commissioning Authority services including oversight of contractor start-up/testing, installation verification, functional testing, TAB review and project closeout.
